While porn is slowly but surely making its way into the world of games, it seems that a very serious Japanese company is also willing to explore other sexual aspects that, until now, have been severely punished and frowned upon. If 'Dokidoki Majosaiban' is indeed aimed at those who tend to think that children, and especially little girls, are sexy, you will judge by yourselves.
The Internet gaming community is all over this latest game that was just released in Japan and this didn't happen because it is that good or that new. It's because many consider it as being on the verge of absurdity, grotesque and perversity, given that it involves the gamer in undressing and inappropriately touching, with a touchpen, a bunch of little girls who don't look older than 10.
It's all actually part of the game, whose title can be roughly translated as 'Exciting Witch Trial'. The person who plays it touches and strips the girls for a reason: to establish (after grouping all the characters together and making them do things... together) which one is human and which one is a witch.
Although the game is already on sale in its native country, the thought of exporting it could be a little disturbing. Even if the female characters from the Japanese games and cartoons have always been said to look like teenage girls, maybe the producers have crossed a certain limit when they designed these ones.
It doesn't sit well with anybody (even if, let's say, for Europe and the US, it got an adult rating) and maybe the gamers and all those involved in the 'Exciting Witch Trial' distribution should ask themselves: will the introduction of child porn and of a sexual tool in a mainstream game affect the way we perceive that which is right and which is wrong?
Is 'Doki Doki Majo Saiban' a Porn Game? With Children?
A Japanese company goes where no other company has ever gone before
