The Advantages of Using Gmail

Google created a special page to mention some of them

Gmail is the mail service provided by Google that was meant to represent an innovation on the web-based mail solutions market, by presenting functions that were never implemented in a mail service.

Although the product was very popular, since its release date, Gmail was available only by an invitation sent by another user of the service. The company offered almost 100 invitations per users so it was quite easy to register for Gmail. Some days ago, Google made Gmail available for everyone, creating a special new user function that allows you to register for the product.

Because the service is continuously attracting users, most of them using Gmail as their primary mail solution, the company is now trying to attract even more customers by creating a link on the official page of Gmail to present the advantages of the service.

"Less spam: users say that less spam is one of the top reasons that they love Gmail; More storage: over 2816.768031 megabytes (and growing) of free storage so you will never need to delete another message; Gmail chat: you can chat right inside of Gmail. Even save all of your chats. No special software necessary; Mobile access: read Gmail on your mobile phone by pointing your phone's web browser," it is mentioned on the website especially created to present the advantages of using Gmail.

One of the most interesting aspects of this new website is represented by the first advantage posted by Google that mentions Gmail is very efficient against spam messages. Since the release of the service, the company sustained the product is attractive because it provides an impressive file storage size bundled with a small number of limitations. Although I agree that Gmail's spam filters are quite useful because they send all the unwanted messages in the spam folders, I'm curious what's the reason for promoting Gmail as a less spam solution after it was made popular for the storage size.
